This project explores our preconceived judgments of another based on visual cues.

Project:

I created 14 white wearable masks and 14 figurative line drawings.A model was asked to pair a mask with a line drawing. She was then asked sit and be photographed with the 14 different combinations.Each combination created a new persona even though each photograph was taken with the same model.The model was then presented with the photographs and asked to share her 1st opinion of the person based on the image. She had strong opinions about each one, all the while knowing each of them were her.
