ASSUMPTIONS

You are walking down the street, on the subway, in the market. Depending on your proximity you become part of the private communication of strangers. Subconsciously we build a whole story line around the snippets of an overheard segment of a conversation.

“What did her mother say? Was his leg broken? So did she break up with him? ETC

Fragments of verbal and visual information is a gateway for fear prejudices.

The base of this series begins on the assumption derived by reading only one page of a book. I randomly tore a page out of various books. From this one isolated page I created a visual senecio. I then collage my drawn characters and photographs to create my assumption of the segment I read.

My visual additions have shaded your judgment even further from what may be the truth.
