For this train of thought matter will either be a solid, liquid, gas, or just the concept of energy. Matter can change from one form to another: easy example…. ice to water.

Contemplate how matter is changed when a living being loses weight (reduction of solid matter). If everything is matter just where has the solid mass from weight loss gone? Is it now up for grabs to be tapped into in the universal pool of Energy?
